Our location, surrounded by Michelin starred restaurants, boutique hotels and cafe culture, provides us with a key advantage to showcase some of the West End’s best properties. Inside you can utilise our discreet meeting rooms to discuss all your property needs in a private but comfortable setting.
Technology: Our website hudsonsproperty.com is easy to use and full of detail about our service, our history, our team and of course a wide range of some of the best properties available in central London, attracting over 5,000 visitors a month. We also embrace social media as this has proven to be a key change in how people interact around property. Our video and written blogs help Hudsons to inform the public about market conditions, showcasing property and providing tips and tricks to help you in the property market. As a company we embrace technology and are always looking at changing customer patterns to make sure we stay ahead of our competitors.
Media and PR: When it comes to reading, nothing interests people more than property and Hudsons have forged great relationships with the various property reporters and are often quoted within property features in the Evening Standard as well as the Financial Times and The Times. We also write regularly for the Diary of an Estate Agent column in the Evening Standard, sharing our experiences of the central London property market. Our Managing Director, Jonathan Hudsons sits on the board for the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) , which often allows him to comment on breaking property news stories from a Central London perspective either on BBC or ITV news, radio or in print. This helps promote Hudsons as the “go to” agent for the West End of London.
We listen, we learn, we innovate!: We know that by asking the right questions and listening carefully to the answers we can understand you and your needs more effectively. This helps us maximise your time and stops us clogging up your inbox with information that is not tailored to your individual needs. We have invested heavily in a new contact management system to help us prioritise you and your needs. We never pretend to know it all either and we are quick to change anything that does not work or where our high standards have not been met. We are quick to hold our hands up when this does occasionally happen and this is appreciated by our customers and we will do all we can to right any wrong. We check on how we are doing at different touch points along your journey with us, whether you have been on the market for two weeks, just registered to buy or rent, sold or have been renting with us for six months, you will get a call from us to ask how we are doing and how we can make it better. It offers us the opportunity to put anything right that is wrong or to offer recognition internally to the team member for a job well done, which only helps improve the staff morale and motivates us to continue the great work.

Property transactions can be stressful if not handled correctly, especially if you are being kept in the dark by your agent. You will hear from us at least twice a week if not sooner. Whether you are selling, buying, leasing or renting it is much easier to plan ahead if you are kept informed.
NAEA Licensed Agent: The National Association of Estate Agents started back in 1962 and is the leading professional body for residential property professionals. It encourages high ethical standards of competitive practice and helps protect the public from fraud, misrepresentation and malpractice. We believe we should be held accountable for the way we transact our business as we firmly believe in no shortcuts to success. Our Managing Director, Jonathan Hudson, currently represents all of the agents in London by sitting on the board of the NAEA, which helps Hudsons stay at the forefront of innovation within the industry, upholding ethical standards and changes in legislation.
ARLA: We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents which helps us stay ahead of the game and at the forefront of knowledge in changes to legislation which directly affects our landlords, tenants and our business. Knowledge is key in creating a service that works for our customers. ARLA also has a code of conduct which we are very happy to adhere to and all our staff are asked to complete training regarding the law and procedures in lettings, as part of their ongoing professional improvement.
We work flexible hours to suit you: Hudsons realise that many of our prospective clients are not always able to drop everything to conduct a viewing. That is why we open from 9.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am – 5.30 pm on Fridays. We are also available earlier in the mornings, later in the evenings and on Saturdays by appointment, to ensure no opportunity is missed to visit the properties we represent.
